Martin Parr is a chronicler of our age. In the face of the constantly growing flood of images released by the media, his photographs offer us the opportunity to see the world from his unique perspective. In 1975, fresh out of art school, Parr moved to Hebden Bridge. Over a period of five years he documented the town and its environs. This exhibition presents 39 of these photos
from Calderdale Museum Service’s Collection.
